Terms & Conditions
* A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this can be by cash, paypal (3% charge applicable) or cheque made payable to "Blue horseshoe weddings"* The final balance is due in cash on the day or cheque at least 21 days prior to your event.
* A £100 refundable damage deposit cheque will need to be left, this is destroyed when everything is collected and checked, if you want the cheque returned you will need to leave a stamped address envelope and we will post it back to you. We will never cash the damage deposit without advising you first, and we will ALWAYS liase with you to try and rectify any problems and retreive and lost or damaged items.
* You are liable to pay anything over and above the £100, if lost or damaged items exceed this amount.
* Numbers of items hired can be increased within 48 hours(subject to availability) and the additional cost will be added to the final balance.
* If your numbers for any hire item are decreased, the final balance as originally booked will remain the same. For example if you book 75 chair covers and your numbers decrease to 65, you will be charged for the 75 as originally booked, unless specific authorisation has been given by ourselves, in writing, to state otherwise.
* We will contact you around 2 weeks before your event, if you have not heard from us 5 days before, please call 07907770348, or email us.
* Whilst we are always happy to help with any questions or queries you may have, final invoices, arrangements and such like will not be confirmed to you until this 2 week period, as all our administration is done in strict date order.
*We will not confirm any final set up times until 3 days before your event, we have to liase with venues and allocate appropriate time slots depending on the time of your wedding, this is always subject to change. We guarantee we will have set your venue up at least 1 hour prior to your event.
*Whilst we will try and accomodate any requests fromyou regarding your preferred time of set up, such as very early morning or the evening before, this is not guaranteed. Please do not assume that it is going to be possible, If you specifically need your venue setting up the day before for any reason, you will need to email us to check that this is possible, we will then email you back to advise either way. Additional charges may apply to cover extra days hire charges.
* Blue Horseshoe weddings and events accept no responsibility for damage caused by naked flames.
